"Militia is not a dirty word. It is a concept worthy of respect. It is a synonym for the People. The Militia is not a gang. It is the core essence of the ultimate repository of the sovereignty of the American citizenry. If necessary, the Militia will marshall and deal with governments' goons, errant persecutors, public servants, and perfumed princes and princesses. That, for better or worse, is the life of the law. That is reality."

But Speaker of the House Andrew Tobin decided (entirely on his own) not to allow SB1083 to be voted on.

That was not representative democracy. That was petty tyranny.

We have proved that the majority of our elected Legislators want a State Defense Force for Arizona.  We have proved that a majority of the Citizens of Arizona want the same thing. One man killed the bill that would have established such a force.

We have completed our "due diligence" in this matter.  We worked for over a year to exercise our rights within "the system", and we succeeded, right up until Andrew Tobin betrayed us all.

Now we wash our hands of their rigged and utterly corrupt system. Now we will exercise our right to establish private Militia units all over Arizona. Each Unit should operate completely independently, without any Command or Control from our group, and without any Command or Control from our elected Representatives. There will be no "headquarters" from which to take your orders. Each Unit must decide on their own where to operate and what their mission should be.

If you are reading this, it is probably because you are a Patriot, and you very likely already know what needs to be done. All we are doing with this website is to encourage each of you to join the Militia Unit in your own area.  

If there is not a Unit in your area, we encourage you to establish one. The manual How to Start and Train a Militia Unit, PM 8-94, is available for free download.

Once you have formed your unit, please contact us if you need some suggestions about how to structure your unit and about how to start Training.

Our Goal: to establish multiple, separate, and completely independent Militia Units all over Arizona. We hope to help you establish dozens, perhaps hundreds, of such Units.

It is up to you, not us, to make that happen. We can refer volunteers to you only if you first establish a Unit, declare that you are seeking volunteers, and then send us your contact information.  We recommend using Hushmail for all such communications.

We will post a list shortly with Hushmail contact information for each County in Arizona. In the meantime, please contact us if you would like for us to list your unit .

We can also keep your contact info off of our website if you wish, and just refer all volunteers who contact us from your area.
